RETAIL WARRANTY:
POR-15 warrants that its products will perform as advertised when applied in accordance with printed label directions.  Proper use of preparation products are essential to validation of this warranty because in some cases failure to use them may result in inadequate preparation to achieve a permanent POR-15 coating. 

INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL WARRANTY:
POR-15  warrants that its products will perform as advertised under the following conditions: all proposed jobs must be approved and/or supervised by a POR-15 representative.  This may require on-site supervision.  Contractors hired to do a job must be educated in the use of POR-15 products and thus be qualified to do the job properly.  Failure to do this may result in cancellation of our warranty.  Contractors who have not had previous experience with POR-15 products must be instructed before a job begins and/or supervised on site with a qualified POR-15 representative.  Further details regarding this warranty may be provided upon request by calling 1-800-457-6715.

RETURN POLICY:
We will accept a return of any item that has not been opened or removed from its original packaging for one year from the date of the original sale. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the size, nature, and reason for return.
