This is a waterborne (water-based) urethane floor coating that is a 2 component formula with low VOC and low odor. It has been formulated to produce an extremely durable surface with the benefits of soap and water clean-up. It is UV resistant and will not yellow. POR-15 Concrete Clear Coat provides an excellent clear glossy finish which can be used on exterior surfaces exposed to sunlight and rain. Its chemically crosslinked formulation creates a coating that is chemically resistant and tough, so it resists scratches, abrasion, and hot tire pick-up.
